This plant has a subtle citrus flavor and is used in Asian cuisine not only in teas, but also in soups and curries, as well as in fish, poultry, meat and seafood. However, in addition to its culinary properties, it has digestive and skin benefits, among others.
It helps overcome nervousness and mental fatigue with its refreshing aroma. It has a purifying effect. It helps soothe pain and regenerate joints, tendons, and ligaments. It helps to repel insects in a natural way.
About Essential Oils
Essential oils are substances synthesized in the laboratory of essences stored and released by plants. How to Use
For topical use, apply 1 to 3 drops diluted in fractionated coconut oil to the skin on the desired area. For aromatic use, put 3 to 4 drops in an electric air freshener.
The oils can be used in an oil burner or vaporizer or diluted with other media (for example, coconut or avocado oil) to create your own massage oils and skin preparations. Each different oil has its own distinct aroma, properties, and uses, but should not be used as a substitute for any prescribed medication.
Keep essential oils out of reach of children as well as pets.
