To make a purchase at Templo de Buda store, you don’t need to register an account, just register as a Guest. However, creating an account does bring some advantages such as: having access to your last orders, accumulating Pontos Templo de Buda, have access to payment methods and register your details (address, email, phone and TIN – optional) so that your next purchase is faster, without having to fill in all the details again.
To register account:
- Go to the top right corner of the site to “My Account
- You can register with your Google or Facebook account or manually by entering your email
- In this last option you will receive a password automatically generated by the site, in your email
- It may take a few minutes and you should check your “Trash” or “Spam” folder. Please update email
- Then go again to “My Account” and in “Login”, you will put your email and password you received
- Once inside your account, you can change to a password that is easier for you
- You can also create an account at the end of the order where you will find a field to select “Create Account”.
To make the purchase:
- You should log in to your account or as a Guest
- Add products in the quantities you want to the cart
- Please note that only the quantities in stock are available. In case you can’t post more, it’s because we don’t have any at the moment
- Only products in orange and with the designation “Add” are available
- The minimum purchase in our store is 12€+Port. If this value is not reached, the system will say that there is an error
- At the end of the order, pay attention to the postal code, as it should only contain numbers. The letters will also indicate that the order is in error
- In case you want to send to your initial address, you should remove at the top the field “Send to a different address”.
- If you wish to send to another address, you must select this field
- Then you should choose the desired payment method and checkout. You will receive an email with the payment details
NOTE: Placing an order on the mobile phone may also give errors due to the existing memory. Mobile phones if saturated with other data, will not display all the data from the site or will be slower. You should then try to do it on the computer or tablet.
Processing and delivery time
All orders have a 3 day processing time for the Templo de Buda store. Many of the times it happens in less time.
Only then will they be shipped out and they may take a while:
– Portugal Mainland: 2 to 5 working days
– Madeira and Azores: 3 to 8 working days
– Other Countries: 3 to 10 working days
