Description
Pine is a tree of protection, cleansing, reinforcement, and soothing to the soul, bringing balance and harmony. Pine is associated with prosperity and good health and is used for purification, meditation, healing, rooting, physical and magical energy. Pine needles are traditionally used to bless a new home. In Druid wisdom, pine means persistence, moderation, and self-confidence.
Pine trees radiate energy, balance the body and soul, strengthen the nervous system and contribute to prolong life. They also teach us to create balanced relationships with others. In literature and poetry, they are considered immortal trees. They are the trees of choice for a connection to the energy sources of the Universe.
The Pine torch tunes into all these energies and due to being a tree that grows with some speed, can also use the pine torch to clear energies derived from the sadness of a loss or a trauma that constantly plagues your mind. Thought also releases negative energy that is becoming accumulated in spaces. Your smoke and smell will help you get over and change your mind quickly to the positive.
There are herbs that are for cleansing, and then there are herbs that promote good health and positive thinking.
If you or someone you are dear to you is suffering from illness, lighting up regularly with a piece of pine torch will help you start the healing process and tune in to healing energies and guides.
In Native American culture the pine torch is burned along with juniper’s cedar torch and torch during the purification ceremonies of the Temazcal sweat hut, to restore our energy limits. By indians their smoke is used to treat problems of rheumatism, cough and colds.
It can be used in any Shamanic ceremony, especially those using master healing teaching plants such as Ayahuasca and Iboga.
Many different cultures talk about our “third eye” and associate it with the Pineinha, and modern theories suggest that this may be a reference to the pineal gland, the most interesting is the fact that the association of the pineal pineal gland already comes from many civilizations such as the Romans, Mexicans, Egyptians, Babylonians and Greeks. It is interesting to note that even the Catholic church presents statues of pine cones in the Vatican square. So by burning the Pine Torch, you will slowly be stimulating your pineal gland or third eye in the Ajna chakra.

How to Use
Just light one end of the Torch or use liturgical charcoal to burn in a metal or clay incense holder, to receive the ashes that will fall and to protect the places where they are placed from burns that may arise from those ashes.
You can use it several times, burning a little at a time.
– First of all, choose the right resin/touch/incense with your intention (healing, energetic cleansing, protection, harmonization, attunement with guides or angels, etc). Do not light incense just to give “smell” to the house. There is a whole spiritual process behind an incense ritual that must be respected. Any and all energy you “invoke” with incense will be available for your request. There are also elementals of nature that will be made available to be burned in your favor. It is our duty to show respect for this process.
– It should be placed in a metal or clay incense holder to receive the ashes that will fall and to protect the places where they are placed from burns that may arise from these ashes
– Light the torch/rod tip on a candle, match, or lighter flame
– Unite mentally with the smell and feel the peace that each one keeps within himself. It’s your time to relax. Make it your ritual of relaxation and meditation.
